Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations and inventory management
- Coordinate team activities during peak weekend hours
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Process and document shipments using inventory management systems
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Train and mentor new team members on operational procedures
- Maintain accurate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or team lead experience
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient with inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
