Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in weekend rotations
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and specialists
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient documentation
- Lead weekend team huddles and shift transitions
- Implement emergency protocols during off-peak hours
- Mentor new weekend staff members
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) required
- 1+ years healthcare experience preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Strong electronic medical records proficiency
- Exceptional crisis management skills
- Valid Illinois driver's license for mobile response
