Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to medical team
- Assist with patient mobility and daily care routines
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergencies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure facility safety and cleanliness standards
- Administer basic medical treatments under supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility for weekend and overnight shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
- Previous healthcare experience a plus
