Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI integration, specifically focusing on solutions for the 2026 market landscape.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale machine learning pipelines and data processing systems.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and researchers.
- Model Development: Drive the research and development of proprietary AI models, optimizing for performance, accuracy, and ethical alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, BERT, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
