Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision and architectural strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement high-performance distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to deliver breakthrough AI models.
- Mentor junior developers and senior engineers alike, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability through rigorous code reviews and architectural best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces) into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale ML infrastructure projects from conception to production.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
