Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust AI infrastructure capable of handling millions of requests with low latency.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on LLMs, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to prepare for the 2026 landscape.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment, fine-tuning, and optimization of large-scale models for enterprise applications.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Generative AI: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
