Responsibilities

- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align AI initiatives with long-term business objectives.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, governance, and security compliance.
- Oversee the migration to next-generation cloud infrastructure to support future scalability.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI Research.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
