Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of The 2026 Initiative core infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Define technical strategy and roadmap, mentoring junior engineers and senior staff alike to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, Data Science, Product) to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance and scalability, specifically focusing on next-gen AI integration and real-time data processing.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Identify potential risks in system architecture and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience with AI/ML infrastructure, large-scale data processing (Spark, Kafka), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and post-quantum cryptography.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
