Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying paradigm shifts and disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Establish and maintain relationships with global innovation ecosystems, academic institutions, and research labs
- Present future vision frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future concepts
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced materials
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation landscapes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Strong public speaking and executive communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
