Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on emerging market disruptions
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI development
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for product roadmap adjustments
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
