- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish innovation pipelines and drive R&D investments in future-facing technologies
- Present visionary insights through executive briefings and industry thought leadership
- Oversee a team of futurist researchers and data scientists
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record in translating futuristic concepts into scalable business solutions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in data modeling, scenario analysis, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level gravitas
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy (strongly preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., from APF)
