- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions in partnership with R&D and product divisions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AI ethics, bio-digital convergence) to identify market-defining opportunities
- Secure $10M+ in innovation funding through strategic partnerships with venture capital and government initiatives
- Champion a culture of rapid experimentation through hackathons and innovation sprints
- Present innovation frameworks to the board and investors with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact on market share and customer experience
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging tech leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strategic partnerships with academic institutions (Stanford/MIT) and venture networks
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or advanced degree in Engineering/CS
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants for R&D initiatives
- Portfolio of patented technologies or industry-defining innovations
