Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key technological milestones and deliverables.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on emerging tech (AI, Blockchain, Web3, etc.) to ensure long-term competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the C-suite and product teams to align futuristic tech strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze global market trends and technological disruptions to forecast future opportunities and risks.
- Present complex strategic visions to stakeholders and investors in a clear, compelling manner.
- Oversee pilot programs for new technologies and manage the transition to full-scale implementation.
- Build and mentor a team of strategists and futurists within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps (5+ year outlook) with measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen digital infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
