- Resolve product/service issues using knowledge base tools
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with team during peak hours for seamless coverage
- Upsell relevant products during conversations when appropriate
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Excellent written communication skills

- Proficient in multitasking across 3+ chat windows
