Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time text-based customer support via proprietary chat platforms
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and service disruptions for Philadelphia-area clients
- Maintain detailed case documentation using CRM systems
- Collaborate with onsite teams during peak Philadelphia business hours
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance local customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in monthly Philadelphia-based team-building and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or chat support experience
