Responsibilities
- Provide real-time technical support via live chat for Houston-based customers
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues with precision
- Document interactions using CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex escalations
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Adhere to SLAs and response time metrics
- Participate in weekend team huddles and knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or tech support experience
- Proficiency in typing (60+ WPM) with excellent written communication
- Familiarity with Windows/macOS and common troubleshooting tools
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 simultaneous chat sessions
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 8 PM)
