Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing claims, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification for healthcare clients
- Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with medical providers to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Identify process improvements to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare or B2B environments
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation in English/Spanish
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
