Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Attitude: A positive, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
