Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues using established policies and procedures.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM database.
- Provide detailed product and service information to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a high level of call quality and adhere to strict KPI metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and support processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is preferred).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine customer-centric attitude.
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
