Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and digital inquiries from Colorado Springs customers
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders and service changes using our CRM system
- Document all interactions accurately in compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills with clear articulation
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Residency in Colorado Springs metro area preferred
