Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the sales floor and inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
- Must be available to attend our local hiring event in California.
