Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats for local clients
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Represent company values in all client interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville office
