Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call resolution time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
