Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with first-call resolution focus
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer needs
- Meet performance metrics including call quality and customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer relationships

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
