Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Provide product information and explain services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and share feedback.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during peak call times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems quickly.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Proven ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
