Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional phone, email, and chat support to local customers
- Resolve product/service inquiries using CRM systems with 95% accuracy
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in Salesforce
- Meet weekly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in weekend hiring events and team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail or call centers
- Strong communication skills with clear phone etiquette
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license for occasional off-site duties
- Spanish bilingual certification required
