Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for better customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends) and handle high-volume calls
- Passion for helping customers and representing Denver values
- Must pass background check and drug screening
