Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Update customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with local teams to resolve complex cases
- Identify opportunities for service improvement
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Passion for helping local Wichita community
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
