Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and service requests using CRM systems
- Collaborate with local vendors to resolve product/service issues
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Identify opportunities to improve local service processes
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings for continuous improvement

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication skills with Midwestern dialect proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid Kansas driver's license (for occasional local travel)
- Background check and drug test required
- Wichita area residency preferred
