Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform daily inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to optimize loading and unloading procedures.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process shipping documentation and data entry with precision.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping timelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
