Responsibilities
- Freight Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift safety checks on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and fellow team members.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
