Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and workflows during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage inventory accuracy, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Enforce strict safety standards and OSHA compliance protocols across the warehouse floor.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate with the management team to optimize shipping, receiving, and storage processes.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Prepare and submit accurate shift reports and productivity metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehousing best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
