Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipping and receiving activities with precision.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory levels and track shipments in real-time.
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance standards are met during weekend operations.
- Prepare accurate documentation for shipping labels and manifests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
