Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring accuracy of inventory.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety standards.
- Sort, pack, and prepare shipments for delivery using appropriate packaging materials.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends.
