Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed KPIs including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with supervisors to escalate unresolved issues
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and skills
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in typing (35+ WPM) and CRM software
- Ability to work flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Resilience under pressure and adaptability to change
- Background check and drug screen required
