- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT)

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work flexible shifts (10pm-6am)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, typing 30+ WPM)
