Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and digital channels
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues
- Document interactions using CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with escalation team for complex cases
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
