Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using Salesforce CRM and proprietary knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 80+ call quality score, <30s average hold time
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve service protocols
- Maintain 99.5% attendance for shift reliability
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) with computer literacy
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift coverage
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule including weekends
- Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and troubleshooting
