Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inbound Calls: Professionally answer and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email during night shifts.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose customer problems and provide accurate, efficient solutions to ensure high retention rates.
- Documentation: Accurately log all interactions, details, and resolutions into our CRM system.
- Customer Satisfaction: Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and handle complaints with empathy and patience.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Reliability: Must be dependable and able to work independently.
