- Collaborate with the support team to meet daily and monthly performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional tone.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) with consistency.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
