Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer service calls with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues using empathy and sound judgment.
- Document all customer interactions and relevant information accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Provide technical support and product information to clients as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
