Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with exceptional speed and accuracy
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product-related problems
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer support experience (chat support preferred)

- Availability to work full-time night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
