Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and process requests efficiently.
- Deliver accurate, professional, and friendly responses that align with our brand voice.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve overall service quality.
- Handle high-volume tickets during peak hours with patience and accuracy.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or chat support environments.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Stable high-speed internet connection (if working remotely).
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
