- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions to stay updated on company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple windows and software.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
