Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries using CRM software
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (handle time, quality scores)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk systems
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve service processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
- Uphold company values in every customer interaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with strong computer navigation
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk experience a plus)
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends as needed
- Passion for problem-solving and customer advocacy
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of work authorization
