Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and digital communications with professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service complaints efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while meeting SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products, services, and company policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (if field support required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification highly desirable
