Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems while maintaining accuracy in documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
