Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using problem-solving methodologies while maintaining empathy
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution efficiency
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (remote/in-person)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Type 45+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
