Qualifications

- 1+ years customer service experience in B2C/B2B environments
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
