Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while adhering to company scripts.
- Collaborate with the team lead to maintain high service quality scores and KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar schedules).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure during peak hours.
